    • Thomas BROWN (eldest son) was born on 29 Mar 1825 at Horton, Wilts. He married Matilda PILSWORTH, daughter of William PILSWORTH, on 15 May 1860 at Hutton (by the rector, Rev. T Robert Burrowes, cousin of the bride). He left a will on 7 Oct 1896 at Horton, Wilts. He died on 9 Jul 1898 at 32 Long Street, Devizes, Wilts, aged 73 (late of Horton House). He was buried on 13 Jul 1898 at Bishop's Cannings, Wilts.
